• 5–8 years of relevant experience in consulting, professional services, or strategy-focused roles.
• Track record of developing intellectual property, client relationships, or distinctive insights.
• Strong business intuition and ability to understand complex industries and operational challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
