TheOpportunity
We’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for our AdTech and Media Tech applications—ad‑serving capabilities, audience & user journey management, data pipeline, AI‑powered automations and optimisations, and more. You will partner daily with the CPO, CEO, Head of Engineering, and President, acting as the connective tissue between business goals and engineering execution. Your mandate is to unlock step‑function scale by anticipating business and consumer needs through data, deep understanding of our customers, and key business KPIs (e.g., LTV, ROAS, etc.),
translating these learnings into leveraged platform capabilities. This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor role (with uncapped room for growth) for a senior product thinker who marries technical depth with commercial intuition and data‑driven economics.
- Set Vision & Strategy: Define the north star for platform product strategy—user journey engineering, media management, ad‑serving, audience segmentation, modelling, analytics, AI‑driven optimisation and automation—and socialise it through crisp narratives.
- Proactively Identify Scale Levers: Immerse yourself in data, user journeys, and operator workflows to surface high‑leverage features that multiply throughput, monetisation, margin, or velocity.

Prioritise ruthlessly, balancing new capabilities with scalability, reliability, compliance, and tech‑debt reduction. - 0→1 & 1→N Delivery: Craft strategy documents, product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; shepherd features through design, build, launch, and iteration, measuring ROI obsessively.
- Economic & Data Rigor: Build models, design experiments, and leverage advanced SQL/BI tooling to quantify opportunity size, pricing, unit economics, and success metrics.
- AI‑First Evangelism: Stay on top of AI/ML trends (LLMs, predictive modelling, generative UX) and incorporate them into product capabilities, tooling, and team workflows.
- Deep Partnership with Engineering: Translate commercial outcomes into technical requirements, manage trade‑offs, and promote high‑quality delivery via agile ceremonies.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Inspire and align leadership, growth, monetisation, and legal teams; champion platform capabilities internally & externally.
- 7+ years total experience with 3+ years shipping technical or platform products as a Product Manager.
- Demonstrated success owning complex, high‑throughput systems—ideally in AdTech, Mar Tech, digital publishing, data infrastructure, or similarly demanding domains.
- Fluency in system design concepts (APIs, microservices, event streaming, databases) and enough depth to earn trust with senior engineers.
- Advanced analytical and economic reasoning—experiment frameworks, cohort/causal analysis, pricing & ROI modelling; able to wield data to influence direction.
- Track record of proactively uncovering scale opportunities and translating ambiguous business goals into product strategy and measurable outcomes.
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into product or workflow; enthusiasm for staying ahead of AI breakthroughs.
- Mastery of agile product development, backlog management, and tools like Jira, Linear, Confluence, Figma.
