What is the opportunity?Unique opportunity to work closely with the Head of AI & Digital Strategy to develop and execute a comprehensive framework strategy to drive business growth and position RBC Capital Markets as an industry leader. As a strategic contributor, you will engage with subject matter experts across business lines to assess transformational AI initiatives to increase productivity, generate new content and ideas, and deliver value for clients.
Whatwill you do?
- Lead the development and execution of AI & Digital Strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to drive alignment across lines of businesses.
- Assess opportunities to reimagine workflows to increase productivity and generate new revenue.
- Establish an operating model, prioritization framework, and approach to scale AI adoption.
- Actively engage subject matter experts to develop business cases and drive decision making.
- Support execution in collaboration across teams to solve problems and drive progress.
- Scale innovative platforms with cutting‑edge capabilities in partnership with the wider enterprise.
- Design and implement measures to track business outcomes to drive client impact.
- 10+ years of demonstrated strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy.
- Excellent communication, organization, and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders across RBC Capital Markets and the wider enterprise.
- Ensure alignment and consensus across lines of businesses and technology teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong presentation, analytical, and strategic planning skills to design and build solutions in partnership with various teams.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, focusing on driving client growth and positioning RBC Capital Markets as an industry leader.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to partner with senior leadership on transformational AI initiatives.
- Stay current on developments and industry best practices on AI transformation and related topics.

The expected salary range for this position is $225,000 - $300,000 USD, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program.
