Hybrid: 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Hearts & Science is a data‑driven marketing agency committed to providing real‑time insights that inform brand strategies. The Data Science team works closely with marketing science and media planning teams to deliver agency services that help clients achieve their business goals.

• Build advanced machine learning models for audience segmentation and advanced audience targeting across multiple platforms and publishers.
• Run descriptive and diagnostic analyses to measure campaign performance within clean rooms and analytics platforms such as Google ADH, Facebook Advanced Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and others.
• Adhere to deadlines and produce high‑quality deliverables.
• Leverage technical coding skills to improve processes and create reusable tools.
• Build decks and reports that translate analytical results for internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to the Data Science practice knowledge repository through decks Afterwards, documents, and artifacts.

• Hands‑on programming in SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Intermediate knowledge of machine learning techniques and causal modeling.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills.

• Knowledge of digital clean rooms and related strategies.
• Certifications in Meta Blueprint, SQL, Python, or R are a plus.

A university degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, or a related field, combined with 3 to 5 years of experience in academia, advertising, management consulting, marketing, or digital consulting. Knowledge of agency‑side execution processes is desirable but not required.

Competitive salary range of $70,000—$110,000 USD, based on experience.
