The Data Science team is pivotal in the delivery of modern agency services. We are tightly integrated with marketing science teams to deliver on and exceed our clients’ business goals.
- Formulate queries to derive insights from cleanroom data and develop analytical solutions for business partners.
- Conduct descriptive and diagnostic analyses to evaluate campaign performance across clean rooms and various analytics platforms (such as Google ADH, Facebook Advanced Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Design cleanroom dashboards and reports to facilitate strategy optimization as part of a comprehensive measurement framework.
- Embrace innovative cleanroom features (such as audience creation) and modeling techniques to enhance measurement and analytics capabilities.
- Meet established deadlines while ensuring the delivery of high‑quality work.
- Assist in the development of the DS Practice knowledge repository through presentations, documentation, and other resources.
- Provide analytical project support to the strategy, media, and audience teams.
- Clearly communicate findings to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Intermediate programming language skills (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
- Basic understanding of machine learning techniques, causal models, etc. to support the analysis of information
- Awareness of digital clean rooms, and their related concepts and strategy
- Strong communication skills
- Experience building and reporting dashboards
- Certifications in any of the following: SQL, Python, R
- Some domain knowledge of business/industry
A university degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics or related field, and 1–2 years of experience in informatics work in academia, advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting.
Knowledge of agency‑side execution process is desirable, but not required.
Advanced degree (master’s) is a plus.
Compensation and BenefitsCompensation Range: $75,000—$80,000 USD.

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in‑office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
