We are currently looking for a Delivery Manager – Healthcare Technology Programs.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and execute large-scale AI-driven healthcare programs for Fortune 100 clients, delivering measurable business impact and operational excellence. You will manage complex client relationships, align delivery with strategic objectives, and oversee cross-functional teams of engineers and strategists. - Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI programs in healthcare, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
- Manage complex client relationships, set expectations, and demonstrate measurable value through program outcomes.
- Oversee forward‑deployed teams of AI engineers and strategists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Structure, scale, and optimize program delivery to maximize efficiency, throughput, and impact.
- Engage directly in planning, requirements gathering, product management, testing, deployment, and evaluation to ensure program success.
- Foster alignment with stakeholders, regularly reporting progress to executives, technical teams, and business leaders.
- Champion AI‑driven solutions to enhance business processes and technology delivery, authoring playbooks and best practices for scalable implementations.
- 10+ years of experience managing large‑scale technology programs, with significant experience in healthcare client engagements and budgets exceeding $10M.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality results under tight deadlines.
- Hands‑on experience with project management, program execution, and strategic decision‑making in complex, dynamic environments.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with executives, technical teams, and clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated interest in AI and automation, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business impact.
