Description
This role is a professional banking setting with a high touch executive level user community. The successful candidate will provide enterprise desktop support, financial/banking experience, Service Now and virtual desktop administration.
Day to Day Responsibilities- Install, configure and test hardware components and software on end‑user devices.
- Reimage PCs, backup and restore user data both remotely and at the user’s desk.
- Maintain and update Service Now tickets and cross‑divisional troubleshooting.
- Document service events accurately in ticketing systems.
- 3-5 years of software/hardware support in a professional setting.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, MS Teams, Outlook and Windows OS.
- Experience administering virtual desktop infrastructure, patch management, encryption technologies and antivirus.
- Prior experience with Service Now ticketing system or similar.
- Strong customer communication and service skills.
- Knowledge of two‑factor authentication.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast‑paced high profile environment.
- Ability to work onsite, Monday‑Friday 8 am – 5 pm with flexibility after 5 pm if needed.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
