Position
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for a large, complex environment. In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring Salesforce implementations are scalable, secure, high-performing, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
You will play a critical role in shaping solution strategy, defining system architecture, and providing hands‑on technical leadership across the full Salesforce ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Salesforce professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, influencing architecture decisions, and mentoring teams while working in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions leveraging Salesforce Energy & Utility Cloud, Experience Cloud
, and core Salesforce platforms. - Define system architecture, data models, and integration patterns aligned with Salesforce and enterprise best practices.
- Partner with business analysts, project managers, and executive stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Architect and oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and databases
. - Provide technical leadership across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows
, and related technologies. - Establish and enforce governance standards for development, release management, CI/CD, and environment strategy.
- Define and maintain architecture standards, coding guidelines, and Salesforce security policies.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, security, and compliance.
- Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products, applications, and third‑party tools to meet business needs.
- Design role‑based access controls, data security models, and sharing rules.
- Maintain architecture documentation, solution diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Mentor developers, administrators, and junior architects on Salesforce best practices.
- Support project planning, estimation, risk management, and participate throughout the full solution lifecycle from design through deployment.
Education:
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3–5+ years in a Solution Architect or technical leadership role
. - Strong expertise with Salesforce Energy & Utility Cloud and Experience Cloud
. - Advanced hands‑on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components/LWC, Visualforce, Flows
, and REST/SOAP APIs
. - Extensive experience designing integrations using middleware platforms such as Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica
, along with ETL tools and web services. - Strong understanding of data modeling, enterprise architecture, governance, security, and CI/CD practices
. - Demonstrated ability to align Salesforce architecture with business strategy and enterprise standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high‑complexity initiatives in fast‑paced environments.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certifications.
- Strategic, enterprise‑wide mindset with a strong customer focus.
- Experience working in evolving, cloud‑based enterprise ecosystems.
