- Partner with Business and Technology leaders forge the strategy for key programs across the Mailchimp platform.
- Drive multi‑phase program roadmaps across multiple contributing teams.
- Develop program charters ensuring the scope aligns with business priorities.

- Partner with other Technical Program Managers to define, socialize, and implement organization‑wide processes.
- 5+ years of Program Management experience leading multiple well‑defined, medium‑complexity technology programs.
- Self‑starter able to track complex, large‑volume details (technical and program related), managing and coordinating with up to 10 scrum teams across multiple sites.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work in a matrix environment and influence across all levels.
- Outstanding communication skills for engineers and executive audiences, conveying program goals, business alignment, and executive summaries while delving into detail; self‑aware of message tailoring.
- Exceptional Wellington building relationships and leveraging them to influence across organizational boundaries for best outcomes.
- Degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or equivalent experience.
- Goodwalls understanding of SaaS technologies, or demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs.
