Senior Consultant

Overview

XTIVIA is looking for a Monday Senior Consultant to serve as a high-impact, client-facing specialist responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex  Work OS solutions. In this role, you will act as a senior functional and configuration expert, translating intricate client business needs into optimized work spaces, boards, and automations. You will lead clients through the entire project lifecycle—from scoping and blueprinting to implementation and AI-driven optimization—ensuring robust data architecture, adoption metrics, and ethical application of generative AI features across multiple departments.

Your work will directly improve client operational efficiency, workflow automation, and overall ROI.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of five (5) years as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant (SaaS/Low-Code), with at least three (3) years of dedicated, hands-on experience with the  Work OS platform, including advanced automation logic and AI integrations.
• Technical Mastery:
  Expert-level knowledge of  deployments, including advanced formulas, automations, integration recipes, third-party connectors, and responsible application of Generative AI.
• Consulting
  
  Skills:
  
  Proven ability to conduct in-depth process mapping, define functional requirements, manage scope, and lead high-impact client workshops and training sessions.
• Mandatory
  
  Certifications:
  
  Customer Success Manager, Partner Implementation Consultant, and Account Manager certifications.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline OR equivalent experience and advanced industry certifications.
• Travel:
  Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% for client implementation projects and workshops.

• Preferred
  
  Certifications:
  
  Developers Certification, AI-related training/badges (AI Blocks or AI Specialization), or external certification in Generative AI principles applied to business workflows.
• Strategic Growth:
  Contribute to practice development by creating reusable assets (templates, user stories, technical documentation) and mentoring junior consultants.
• Business Development:
  Support Sales and Marketing teams by providing technical expertise for proposal development and identifying opportunities to expand XTIVIA services within client relationships.
