IBM’s fast‑growing Process Intelligence Practice is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and expand our capabilities across go‑to‑market (GTM), delivery, and offering development. This strategic leadership role requires deep expertise in process intelligence, process mining, and business transformation. You will shape IBM’s approach to unlocking value through data‑driven process insights and automation.

The Process Intelligence Practice is at the forefront of helping clients reimagine operations through dataِّdriven insights. You’ll shape offerings, influence strategy, and lead high‑impact initiatives across industries.

• Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Leadership – Develop and execute GTM strategies for process intelligence solutions across industries and regions, partner with sales, marketing, and alliance teams, and represent the practice in client briefings and industry શક cles.
• Delivery Excellence – Lead complex process intelligence engagements, oversee multidisciplinary teams, guide clients in leveraging process mining tools (such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, IBM Process Mining), and ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Offering Development – Collaborate with global teams to design and scale IBM’s process intelligence offerings, identify emerging trends and technologies, develop frameworks and best practices, and contribute to internal training materials.

• 7–10 years in process intelligence, process mining, business process management, or operational excellence.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale transformation or analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of process mining platforms and data analytics.
• Experience developing GTM strategies and leading client useless.
• Exceptional advised communication, stakeholder management; and leadership skills.
• Background in consulting or professional services.

• Experience with Celonis, SAP Signavio, IBM Process Mining, or similar platforms.
• Industry‑specific process improvement background (financial services, manufacturing, healthcare).
• Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA, AI, workflow orchestration).
• MBA or advanced degree in business, data analytics, or related field.
