A leading global law firm is seeking an IT Analyst to join the team in New York City

Who You Are- You have a university degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in IT support
- You bring at least 3 years of experience delivering direct technical assistance for hardware, software, and networking solutions
- Experienced in managing LAN/WAN environments and supporting network systems
- Experienced in installing, configuring, and maintaining client operating systems and related devices
- You demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership in your work
- Provide first‑level technical support for end users through phone, email, and in‑person assistance
- Manage and maintain office hardware including computers and printers
- Support meeting technologies such as video conferencing, presentations, and special events
- Install and configure software in line with organizational standards and security guidelines
- Maintain accurate asset records and update the asset management system regularly
- Use ticketing tools to log, track, and resolve service requests
- Assist with IT projects, deployments, and initiatives, including user training
- Support mobile device technologies and remote access solutions such as VPN and Citrix
- Coordinate planned maintenance and respond effectively to unplanned outages or disruptions
- Uphold data security best practices and comply with information security policies
- Work beyond scheduled hours when necessary (including at least one weekend per month) and travel occasionally for business needs
- End users receive timely, high‑quality technical support and solutions
- Meeting technologies run smoothly with minimal disruptions
- IT assets and systems are consistently maintained and accurately documented
- Service requests are resolved efficiently with clear communication throughout the process
- Projects and initiatives are delivered on time with strong user adoption
- Security standards are upheld across all systems and processes
