A leading global law firm is seeking an IT Analyst to join the team in New York City
.

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

Who You Are
  • You have a university degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in IT support
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience delivering direct technical assistance for hardware, software, and networking solutions
  • Experienced in managing LAN/WAN environments and supporting network systems
  • Experienced in installing, configuring, and maintaining client operating systems and related devices
  • You demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership in your work
What You’ll Do
  • Provide first‑level technical support for end users through phone, email, and in‑person assistance
  • Manage and maintain office hardware including computers and printers
  • Support meeting technologies such as video conferencing, presentations, and special events
  • Install and configure software in line with organizational standards and security guidelines
  • Maintain accurate asset records and update the asset management system regularly
  • Use ticketing tools to log, track, and resolve service requests
  • Assist with IT projects, deployments, and initiatives, including user training
  • Support mobile device technologies and remote access solutions such as VPN and Citrix
  • Coordinate planned maintenance and respond effectively to unplanned outages or disruptions
  • Uphold data security best practices and comply with information security policies
  • Work beyond scheduled hours when necessary (including at least one weekend per month) and travel occasionally for business needs
