The Technical Data Lead provides technical leadership across all technical components of the data migration. This includes staging table design, ETL development, SQL/PLSQL scripting, environment support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design of data migration architecture.
- Build staging tables, ETL jobs, and transformation logic.
- Write, execute, and optimize SQL/PLSQL scripts.
- Support data extraction, cleansing, and reconciliation.
- Review and validate SI's conversion logic and mapping specs.
- Support conversion cycle testing and reconciliation cycles.
- Develop bridging scripts for parallel and reverse-parallel processing.
- Ensure data quality and adherence to security.
- Produce required technical documentation and reports.
Primary Required Skills
- Strong Oracle DB + SQL/PLSQL expertise.
- Experience building staging tables, migration scripts, data pipelines.
- Experience validating SI-provided mapping specifications.
- Experience with secure data transfer utilities.
- Oracle Data Migration certification preferred .
- Hands-on experience in complex conversion projects (multi-cycle).
