We’re recruiting for experienced Service Now Architects to lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-scale Service Now solutions. You’ll collaborate with customers and stakeholders to unlock the full potential of the platform, incorporating emerging technologies such as AI and automation to modernize and streamline enterprise services.
As a technical leader, you’ll shape strategic roadmaps, mentor development teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions that drive measurable business value.
Basic Qualifications- 7+ years of Service Now experience
, including proven leadership of development teams. - Required Service Now
Certifications:
Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD). - Strong background in technical discussions and architecture reviews.
- Hands-on experience across multiple Service Now modules and third-party integrations.
- Deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, and design principles.
- Experience managing IT data integrity across the following areas:
ITOM, ITAM, GRC, CMDB, HAM/SAM would be great! - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
