Finance Data Governance Strategy & Governance Manager

• Support organizational strategy and operating model design for the Finance Data Governance function, including alignment to enterprise objectives.
• Develop and deliver senior management‑level presentations, translating complex data governance concepts into clear, decision‑ready materials.
• Lead the authoring, interpretation, and implementation of data governance policies and procedures across Finance stakeholders.
• Partner with senior Finance, Risk, and Technology leaders to drive adoption of governance standards and ensure consistency across processes.
• Analyze and synthesize data governance metrics and issues to inform leadership decisions and strategic initiatives.

• Seasoned experience working on senior management deliverables, including comfort operating in high‑visibility environments.
• Advanced PowerPoint capabilities, with demonstrated ability to create polished, executive‑ready presentations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, structuring complex information, and producing management‑ready outputs.
• Strong data governance background, preferably within Finance or a highly regulated environment.
