Marketplace Specialist – North & South America

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and business-minded Marketplace Specialist for North and South America to support and grow our marketplace presence across the region. The role combines marketplace operations, partner relationship management, and business development. You will work with our existing partners in the United States while also identifying new opportunities and expanding our partner network. This position is ideal for someone with early experience who enjoys building relationships, understands digital commerce, and is motivated by driving growth through strong execution and networking.
YourImpact & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize marketplace operations across North and South America, ensuring accurate product data, pricing, availability, and content.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing marketplace partners and support daily coordination across platforms such as Farfetch US, Amazon Luxury Stores and regional LATAM partners.
- Identify and evaluate new marketplace opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the partner network across the Americas.
- Monitor core commercial and operational KPIs and deliver structured reporting to HQ, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, global IT, merchandising, retail, and local retail and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of launches, promotions, and seasonal updates.
- Support process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within marketplace operations.
- Act as a point of coordination for marketplace-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital retail.
- Experience with North or South American marketplaces such as Amazon, Farfetch, or Macy’s is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with catalog workflows, marketplace operations, product data management, KPI tracking, and content processes.
- Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities; enjoy speaking with partners and discovering new opportunities.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and confidence in interpreting KPIs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance operational execution with commercial thinking.
- Proactive, driven, and motivated by growing business through partnerships.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with HQ teams.
- Passionate about fashion, luxury, and digital commerce.
- Hands‑on, curious, and eager to develop within an international environment.
- Skilled at handling changing priorities and performing well under pressure in a dynamic setting.
- Technically literate and able to collaborate with IT to support automation and process innovation.
- Experience with additional regional marketplaces or niche luxury platforms.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills to support LATAM expansion.
- Additional languages such as German or Italian.
- Experience in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Background in project management, retail, or e‑commerce.
- Familiarity with integration tools such as Mirakl, Channel Advisor, or Tradebyte.
