- Manhattan WMS configuration, integration, and support
- DC operations and supply chain process knowledge
- Incident, problem, and change management
- Batch process and system health monitoring
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Experience with Relex and other supply chain systems
- ITIL certification
- Experience in retail or distribution environments
- Familiarity with automation and reporting tools (e.g., IBM Cognos SCI)
- Experience with Distribution Center (DC) operations, enhancements, and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with IBM Cognos SCI, MOCA, Oracle DB, SQL, and Azure Cloud
