Senior GIS Support Analyst

Location:
Brooklyn, NY (Fully onsite)
• Duration: 12+ months contract
• Visa: USC / GC
• Gas/Energy/Electric/Utilities/Oil Industry
Experience:

• Availability:
Must be flexible from 9 AM up to 9 PM EST and weekend on a rotational base.
Responsibilities
• Provide development and technical support (1st, 2nd, or Tier 3 Level) to the Client ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.
• Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Java script API, ASP .net (C#).
• Support Client Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.
• Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
• System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
• Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
• Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc.
• Provide status of tickets to the client SME and support shift: flexible from 9 AM to 9 PM EST and weekend on a rotational base.
Required Skills / Experience
• 5-10 years of experience in administration, support, and development ArcGIS applications
• 5-10 years of experience in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications
• Development and coding experience using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Java script API, .Net (C#)
• Experience in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administering ArcGIS server sites
• System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems
• Publish services and administer user roles and privileges
• Ability to coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc.
• Ability to understand requirements, support team, and share best practices/lessons learned
• Provide status of tickets to the client SME
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution to issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications

Leverage utility industry experience to enhance GIS solutions and contribute to industry-specific initiatives.

Work closely with FME Suite for GIS Landbase activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
