What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide technical support to customers through Jira and other ticketing tools
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and elevate unresolved issues
  • Manage the dispatch process, including scheduling with vendors and customers
  • Create and edit documentation for troubleshooting and support protocols
  • Analyze data and identify trends to enhance support processes and efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of Helpdesk or Customer Support experience
  • Strong ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
  • Experience using service desk management software to track support requests
  • Intermediate knowledge of Linux and networking concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience scripting using Linux
  • Knowledge of API integration across business platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of Jira Service Management Desk
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Retool
