Oracle APEX Developer Project W2​/Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to support a large-scale modernization initiative focused on upgrading legacy Oracle applications and expanding mobile-friendly, data-driven solutions. The role involves hands-on APEX development, backend PL/SQL programming, and integration with reporting and legacy systems.

This is a high-impact role supporting enterprise workforce applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.

• Design, develop, and enhance Oracle APEX applications

• Migrate legacy Oracle Forms/Reports to modern APEX solutions

• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL and PL/SQL code

• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and BI Publisher

• Integrate APEX applications with REST APIs and existing Oracle systems

• Implement APEX security
  , authentication, authorization, and performance tuning

• Support CI/CD deployments using Git and Dev Ops tools

• Provide production support, debugging, and performance optimization

• Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the SDLC

• Prepare technical documentation and assist with knowledge transfer

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle APEX and PL/SQL

• Strong experience with Oracle Database 12c / 19c

• Expertise in SQL/PLSQL performance tuning

• Experience with
  Oracle APEX 22.x or higher (23.x+ preferred)

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML

• Experience migrating or modernizing legacy Oracle applications

• Familiarity with Git and Dev Ops pipelines

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with
  Oracle Forms 12c migration

• Exposure to Azure Dev Ops

• Power BI dashboard development experience

• Prior experience in large enterprise or government environments

• W2 candidates only

• Local or nearby candidates preferred

• This is a hands-on Oracle APEX role (not DBA / not data-only)

• Candidates without APEX experience will not be considered
