We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer / Lead with extensive experience in data center network architecture, design, and operations. The role requires deep hands‑on expertise, technical leadership, and the ability to drive large‑scale data center initiatives in enterprise environments.

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of large‑scale data center network infrastructure
• Own routing, switching, security, and high‑availability network solutions
• Provide L3/L4 support, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex network issues
• Drive network modernization, upgrades, and migrations
• Work closely with data center operations, cloud, security, and application teams
• Mentor junior engineers and review technical designs and changes
• Manage change management, incident response, and network documentation
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and availability standards

• 12+ years of hands‑on experience in Network Engineering
• Strong expertise in Data Center Networking (Spine-Leaf, Clos, EVPN)
• Advanced knowledge of Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco / Arista / Juniper network platforms
• Strong experience with Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Network Security
• Experience with LAN, WAN, VLANs, VXLAN
• Proven experience handling enterprise‑scale, high‑availability environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• CCNP / CCIE (preferred)
• Experience with multi‑site data centers
• Knowledge of cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform Direct Connect / Express Route)
• Exposure to network automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform)
• ITIL or process‑driven operations experience
