As a Principal UX Designer, you will....

• Envision and bring to life intuitive, scalable, and engaging experiences
• Facilitate work sessions with executive leaders
• Champion human-centered design culture
• Drive creative process and collaboration with cross-functional partners to propose new ideas and strategies
• Provide coaching and feedback, with an emphasis on growing junior designers into future leaders
• Create and drive adoption of design guidelines, mechanisms, best practices, process, and tools

• Bachelor's degree or above in design, human‑computer interaction (HCI), or Associate's degree or above
• 10+ years of experience as a user experience designer, product designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role
• Portfolio that demonstrates delivering end‑to‑end experiences for digital services across multiple platforms and devices
• Experience in a range of design approaches, methods, and tools that you use to plan, concept, and prototype complex projects
