Senior Analyst needs 10 years experience
Qualifications- WCAG 2.1+, ADA, Section 508, and other relevant accessibility laws and frameworks
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive accessibility framework aligned with industry standards (e.g., WCAG, ADA, Section 508).
- Lead cross‑functional teams to integrate accessibility best practices into website and application development processes.
- Manage accessibility projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely and within‑budget execution.
- Conduct accessibility audits, assessments, and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to ensure accessibility compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to teams on accessibility standards and best practices.
- Monitor and report on accessibility compliance metrics and progress.
- Stay current with evolving accessibility regulations, standards, and emerging technologies.
- Engage with external vendors or consultants as needed to support accessibility initiatives.
