Our client is looking to fill the role of AI Manager. This temporary role is key to driving AI adoption and program success across the organization.
Responsibilities:- Partner with the Director to manage and advance the company's GenAI program
- Track progress, mitigate risks, and keep initiatives on schedule
- Organize AI literacy workshops and training sessions
- Develop governance playbooks and best practices
- Facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize AI use cases
- Coordinate pilots and evaluate impact
- Degree in Business, Engineering, AI, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years in analytics, AI delivery, strategy, or project management
- Strong knowledge of GenAI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, responsible AI)
- Skilled in project management (classic & agile) and stakeholder alignment
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in global organizations; apparel/retail a plus
