Key Responsibilities- Act as an SME for Oracle Supply Chain, leading solutions for end-to-end processes.
- Serve as a liaison between IT teams, ensuring functional requirements align with business goals.
- Lead key functional areas such as Sourcing, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management.
- Understand and manage the complete Procure-to-Pay flow and its integrations.
- Work with solution architects to establish and maintain architectural standards.
- Build analytics and reporting for better decision-making.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex issues and challenges.
- Stay updated with industry trends and suggest process improvements.
- Promote best practices across IT teams involved in architecture.
Candidates interested in the Oracle Supply Chain Lead position should meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required.
- Over 10 years of experience in software development and solution delivery.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud P2P modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Cost Accounting, or Integrations
- Familiarity with SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Cloud SaaS/PaaS platforms.
- Expertise in supply chain functionalities and Product Master Data Management is highly preferred.
- Experience with Jump, RF Smart, and Oracle Mobile Inventory is advantageous.
- Knowledge in RPA, AI/ML, and large dataset analysis for trend identification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and relevant documentation tools.
- Strong collaborative skills, capable of leading design reviews and stakeholder discussions.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential.
