Communications and E-Learning Specialist

• Execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact and the CRM
• Manage and update website content using Word Press and Divi builder
• Create and distribute electronic newsletters
• Design and develop graphic content for digital platforms and print materials
• Support project management for fundraising-related deliverables

• Assist in creating and maintaining online courses using iSpring and TalentLMS
• Build and deploy satisfaction surveys using Jot Form
• Help maintain learning management system content and user experience
• Track and report on e-learning metrics and user engagement

• Perform regular website updates and maintenance using Word Press
• Ensure website content remains current and engaging
• Monitor website analytics and user experience

• Associate's degree in Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
• Familiarity with content management systems (particularly Word Press)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact)
• Basic graphic design skills
• Knowledge of learning management systems
• Familiarity with survey tools
• Experience with social media management
