Senior Oracle Fusion Financials Specialist

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Expenses, Financial Hub).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and integration.
• Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and workflows.
• Train and mentor internal teams on Oracle Fusion Financial functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls within the system design.
• Support post‑implementation activities, including enhancements and issue resolution.

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting GL, AP, AR, FA, Expenses, and Financial Hub modules.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Hands‑on experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
