Presales Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
We are seeking a Presales Solution Architect to partner with our sales and delivery teams to design, present, and advocate Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities- Develop customized solution proposals and presentations that demonstrate how Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O addresses client challenges and goals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand scope, requirements, and opportunities; present potential solutions to clients.
- Communicate the value of proposed solutions through proofs‑of‑concept or live demos that validate client vision, business requirements, and objectives.
- Assist clients in developing Microsoft‑based capabilities, outlining best‑practice implementations, technical innovations, and optimizations.
- Engage key stakeholders and decision makers to define architecture and solution scoping, and develop a technology strategy that aligns with the organization’s financial goals.
- Apply industry or product expertise to articulate client environment and constraints, including legacy landscape considerations.
- Participate in product workshops and proof‑of‑concept activities to showcase solution value.
- Work with delivery and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from presales to project execution.
- Assess business landscape—including geography, regulation, and other factors—to inform architecture valuation.
- Stay current on trends, advancements, and competitive dynamics within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and best‑practice recommendations.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non‑technical language, emphasizing business benefits.
- Produce high‑quality technical documentation, solution proposals, architectural diagrams, and presentations.
- Help clients implement scalable, efficient, and effective solutions that meet their business needs.
- Evaluate feasibility of new processes or technologies and recommend appropriate technology choices.
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education.
- 5+ years of experience in selling or architecting Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications or related services.
- At least one documented Solution Architect implementation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Expertise in at least one core Microsoft solution area with broad understanding of the Microsoft technology platform.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
- Demonstrated customer‑facing consulting experience with IT leaders, product owners, C‑level executives, and business users.
- Prior consulting, business analysis, implementation, or product support experience focused on Microsoft Business Solutions.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Travel ability of 30% or more.
