- Performance Marketing mindset:
Use all available conversion data to optimize PPC campaigns in Google Ads & Facebook Ads, hitting KPIs such as Driver Leads, Customer Acquisition, Business Leads, Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Acquisition within budget. - Data‑driven:
Analyze and utilize existing data from tools and platforms to create end‑to‑end marketing campaigns based on research and analysis. - Expert in Google Ads & Paid Social:
Hands‑on executional experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid social platforms. - Test & Learn mentality:
Open to testing new channels and learning from them. A/B test targeting, strategies, creatives. - Problem‑solver:
Find creative online campaigns to move User and Driver Acquisition numbers. - User empathy:
Think from perspective of users or drivers and build seamless journeys. - High autonomy:
Self‑organized, passionate with a can‑do attitude, own end‑to‑end projects; perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing for e-commerce or tech industry.
- Knowledge in digital marketing funnels and application of advanced setup functionality with paid ads for performance ad platform (e.g., SEM and PPC).
- Strong understanding of ad formats in Google.
- Experience in setting up remarketing/retargeting ads.
- Experience in conducting SEO optimization, keyword analysis, conversion optimization, and content marketing.
- Experience in running A/B testing.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
- The ability to source information and learn on the fly.
- An analytical and critical thinking mindset.
- Independence, drive, and ability to work in a team.
- Familiarity with Google Sheet, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ad Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
- Good command of English.
