As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at Info Track, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our cloud strategy. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll design, build, and optimize secure, scalable infrastructure while partnering with developers, product teams, and global colleagues. You’ll drive improvements across tools, processes, and technologies to ensure our cloud platform is cost-efficient, high-performing, and always aligned with business needs.

• Lead and execute Info Track US’s cloud infrastructure strategy, ensuring systems are secure, up to date, and optimized for performance and cost.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions by driving continuous improvement in tools, processes, and technologies.
• Partner with developers, product teams, and global stakeholders to align infrastructure with business needs.
• Define and monitor KPIs to track operational excellence, security, and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with cloud and Dev Ops teams in Australia and the UK.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in cloud infrastructure with a strong background in networking and systems.
• Deep expertise with AWS (Azure or similar cloud platforms also valued).
• Proven ability to automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform and to manage Windows and Linux servers at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, databases (MySQL, Postgres, Mongo
  
  DB, Dynamo
  
  DB), API gateways (e.g., Kong), and networking/routing (e.g., Istio, VPCs).
• Skilled in CI/CD tools (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Team City, Octopus) and source code management with Git Hub.
• Knowledgeable in monitoring, logging, and observability platforms (Datadog, Elastic, Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Familiar with security/compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC
  2) and tools such as Wiz and Crowd Strike, including endpoint protection, SIEM, penetration testing, and remediation strategies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; able to explain complex infrastructure to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experienced in partnering with developers, product teams, and global stakeholders to align infrastructure with business needs.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence roadmaps, foster an infrastructure-as-code mindset, and produce meaningful reports for leadership.

Compensation

The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications.
