Data & Insights - Snr Manager

Location: New York (Hybrid) or Remote

This role leads data strategy, reporting, and analytics for a mission-driven organization. You’ll shape how data is organized, visualized, and used across fundraising, marketing, and leadership teams. The focus is on building clear dashboards, improving data systems, and delivering insights that guide organizational decisions.

• Lead overall data and analytics strategy across teams.
• Build and manage dashboards and reports that highlight performance trends.
• Oversee CRM data, system accuracy, and daily user support needs.
• Fulfill data requests and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with teams to define KPIs and improve reporting workflows.

• 6–8+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data systems roles.
• Strong experience with Power BI and SQL
  .
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and fundraising or customer lifecycle reporting.
• Knowledge of data modeling, dashboards, and reporting best practices.
