Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Consultant

Location:

100% Onsite in NYC, NY

Experience Range: 10-12 years

Functional & Technical Delivery

• Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) modules.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Implement workflows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and client-side scripting (JavaScript).
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using Dataverse, APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Platform.

Solution Architecture & Best Practices

• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices.
• Participate in solution design, data modeling, and environment strategy (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod).
• Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.

Testing & Deployment

• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT.
• Assist with deployment, release management, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business users, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide demos, user training, and documentation.
• Act as a trusted advisor on CRM capabilities and enhancements.
