Project Manager – IT Infrastructure Endpoint Services

- Project Manager with prior IT experience in similar role or related field; act as the onshore point of contact for infrastructure delivery, with excellent knowledge of Windows 10, O365, Windows Modern Management, SCCM.
- Knowledge in Intune, Azure, Jamf, AWS, and Automation is a plus; interact with senior stakeholders from an engagement growth perspective.
- Ability to take ownership, manage and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Experience in infrastructure project management within highly structured SDLC/Waterfall and agile environments.
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, or Power
BI for reporting and tracking. - Very structured and systematic management approach.
- Highly proactive and independent, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Create, monitor task lists and project plans, and drive all activities to closure.
- Collaborate with multiple onshore and offshore cross‑functional teams.
