Our ambition is clear:
Aleta should be an AI-first organization, where AI is embedded intelligently across products, processes, and decision-making. We are therefore establishing a dedicated Aleta AI Lab to explore, build, and operationalize new ways of working with AI. Not as experiments on the side, but as a core driver of how we build products, write software, and run the company.

The Aleta AI Lab

The Aleta AI Lab will be established as a dedicated, autonomous unit in Aarhus, close to, but intentionally distinct from, the core engineering organization. The AI Lab will have:

• A direct reporting line to the C‑suite
• A clear mandate to challenge existing assumptions, stacks, and workflows
• Responsibility to translate frontier AI into real, scalable product value

Your mission

As AI Innovation Lead, you will own the creation and evolution of Aleta’s AI Lab.

From day one, you will:

• Own and lead a small, high‑impact AI team, with the mandate to grow it over time
• Set the direction for how AI is applied across product, engineering, and operations
• Own the evolution of Aleta’s AI‑first tech stack

We strongly believe that:

• The future of software development is closer to natural language than classical programming
• Winning teams will master LLMs, agentic systems, vibe coding, orchestration, and human‑in‑the‑loop design
• The best AI stacks are opinionated, pragmatic, and outcome‑driven, not tool‑driven

Your task is not to chase trends, but to build what actually works.

What you will do

• Build and operate the AI Lab as a high‑impact delivery unit
• Translate AI capabilities into concrete product and operational outcomes
• Design, build, and evaluate AI‑driven workflows, agents, copilots, and internal tools
• Work hands‑on with modern AI stacks (LLMs, embeddings, retrieval, orchestration)
• Make architectural decisions in an evolving, AI‑native landscape
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to drive adoption
• Continuously challenge “how things are done today”

Success in this role means moving AI from experimentation to measurable product and operational impact.

We do not require decades of experience, but we do expect strong fundamentals and high learning velocity. Experience with wealth management, finance, or complex data domains is a plus, but not a requirement.
