Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for Markets (e.g., Sales & Trading, Capital Markets, Global Markets) from initiation through go-live.
- Coordinate onboarding activities across multiple stakeholders including Front Office, KYC, AML, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Credit, and Technology.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding requests, tracking status, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation, approvals, and regulatory requirements are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Monitor onboarding milestones, identify risks or delays, and proactively escalation issues as needed.
- Maintain onboarding trackers, dashboards, and reporting for management visibility.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance standards, and regulatory policies.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding efficiency and client experience.
