Role OverviewAs a Software Engineer – Data
, you’ll be responsible for building the company’s core data infrastructure from the ground up. You’ll design and implement pipelines, models, and dashboards that power both internal decision-making and customer‑facing insights. This is an on‑site role in NYC with high visibility across product, engineering, finance, and operations.
- Build foundational full‑stack data infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain automated ELT/ETL workflows (e.g., Fivetran) into a Snowflake warehouse.
- Design schemas and data models to represent core business entities (customers, transactions, events, etc.).
- Define and standardize company‑wide metrics and dimensions.
- Create dashboards and reports to democratize access to data.
- Build in‑app embedded dashboards for end users.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and ops teams to align on product roadmaps and success metrics.

- Strong experience in data engineering, data modeling, and business intelligence.
- Comfortable building pipelines and structuring warehouses to support analytics.
