Overview
Job Title: Service Now Lead/Architect
Location: New York
Engagement: W2 contract
Responsibilities- Extensive experience with the Service Now platform, including architecture, design, implementation, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
- Proven experience leading Service Now development projects and managing teams of developers or administrators.
- Expertise in Service Now scripting (e.g., Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, etc.) and Service Now modules (e.g., Service Catalog, CMDB, Change Management).
- Experience with Service Now integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, etc.) and external system integrations.
- Solid understanding of Service Now's architecture and best practices for customizing and extending the platform.
- Experience with Service Now upgrade cycles and patch management.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and guide teams of Service Now developers and administrators.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex environments.
