Senior Full Stack Python Engineer

About the Role
A high-growth technology company is seeking experienced and entrepreneurial engineers to help build and scale its suite of core products—including mobile applications for both users and business clients, as well as internal-facing platforms. This team is hiring across multiple levels of seniority and for both frontend and backend roles.

You’ll work closely with the CTO to influence product decisions, contribute to the roadmap, and help shape the foundational architecture of the tech platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of modern web and mobile applications

• Mentor other engineers and guide technical direction where appropriate

• Establish best practices for frontend development, especially in a monorepo environment

• Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver a seamless user experience

• Build systems for analytics and monitoring to ensure product quality and performance

• Work cross-functionally in a lean, fast-moving team to build meaningful, tech-driven solutions

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in software engineering (mid to senior level)

• Proficiency in Type Script/JavaScript, React, React Native, and Python

• Experience or interest in ML, AI, computer vision, or predictive systems

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Comfortable in a hands-on, in-person work environment
