A state government agency is seeking an IT Support 2 working supervisor to provide IT support and oversee a team of IT Support
1. Responsibilities include supervising help desk operations, installation and troubleshooting of networked systems, training end users, and ensuring system security and maintenance. Candidates should have an Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, with a minimum of three years of systems administration experience. Additional tech experience in cloud computing and Windows Server OS is preferred.
