Bentley Systems is seeking a talented and dedicated professional to join our successful Resident Consultant Services Team. As a Resident Consultant, you will serve as a Bentley Project Wise solution subject matter expert and be embedded with the New York State Department of Transportation. In this pivotal role, you will provide Project Wise coaching, training, support, and administration services related to Bentley Project Wise solutions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with the Bentley Project Wise solution, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to user success. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a prominent transportation organization.

• Assist with the administration, configuration, and optimization of the NYSDOT Project Wise environment.
• Deliver expert-level Project Wise coaching and training to NYSDOT staff.
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance on Project Wise.
• Foster strong user relationships through consistent partnership and collaboration.
• This is an individual contributor role.
• This is a full-time permanent role expected to work 40 hours per week.
• This role requires communication with Managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and/or by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
• This role requires travel 4x per year at minimum to the NYSDOT office in Albany, NY.
• Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).

• At least five years of Project Wise administration experience. Familiarity with Open Roads Designer (ORD) and Micro Station is an asset.
• Knowledgeable in Bentley software work spaces as they pertain to Project Wise.
• Background in creating training materials or recording instructional videos.
• Excellent English proficiency with strong verbal communication skills for video recordings and live training sessions.
• Understanding of infrastructure projects and workflows in transportation.
