Power BI Job Description:

• Certified Power BI Resource.
• Must have at least 6 years of Power BI experience.
• Experienced working on Power BI Premium.
• Proficient in Power Query, M language, Power Maps, and Custom Visualizations.
• Ability to write advanced DAX expressions.
• Experience in Power BI Administration (managing permissions, installing gateways, scheduling).
• Ability to work with various data sources such as SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, SSAS, Azure Analysis Services, HDFS, etc.
• Data preparation using Power BI's built-in features.
• Experience in data modeling and custom calculations in Power BI.
• Proficient in SQL for managing large data volumes, query tuning, and building automations to improve data processing speed.
• Responsible for designing, developing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting applications to meet user requirements. Maintain source code in a central repository with proper version control.
• Expertise in designing and suggesting UI based on user requirements.
• Exposure to other reporting tools like Qlik and Cognos is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative problem-solving approach.
• Preferred:
  Willing to relocate to NYC and work in a hybrid mode.
