Qualifications- 12+ years in providing solution architecture and innovation to the Telco market with BSS/OSS domain
- Experience in call center transformation, optimization and modernization
- Experience in marketing transformation (Salesforce, Adobe, Pega, etc.)
- Experience in cloud transformation in Telco space
- Experience in 5G related solutions
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Anchors technical discussions and creates thought leadership at a client/prospect
