Vice President, Sales – Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be a part of Genpact's transformation under Genpact Next, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain‑specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations across Agentic AI products like AP Suite and Insurance, among others, set to expand across service lines.
The Agentic AI Sales Leader will lead a dynamic team driving growth of digital solutions in a prioritized portfolio of existing and new accounts, and will play a pivotal role in navigating and addressing the evolving challenges within industry verticals such as consumer goods, retail, high tech and manufacturing, banking and financial services. This role will support Genpact’s sales and transformation services community by leveraging strategic vision and leadership skills.
The digital sales team has recently achieved significant growth, securing new logos and expanding the digital footprint with existing clients. In this role, you will identify, shape, and close revenue‑generating opportunities in both new and existing accounts. You will build on carefully curated, repeatable offerings and solutions to drive change across specific vertical industries. Your ability to combine leading‑edge digital solutions with deep domain expertise will foster innovation and thought leadership.
ResponsibilitiesSales strategy development: Develop and implement sales strategies and pipeline management for Agentic AI.
Strategic leadership: Utilize domain knowledge in the insurance sector to drive business solutions in areas like underwriting and claims.
Client acquisition: Identify potential clients through networking and social media to expand Genpact’s market presence.
Client rotation: Cultivate existing accounts for new opportunities and facilitate the transition of engagements to Agentic.
Innovation and thought leadership: Identify and develop opportunities for our proprietary Agentic software as a service (SaaS) solution in the insurance domain.
Technology expertise: Understand artificial intelligence technologies such as gen AI, Agentic, machine learning, large language models, and more.
Internal collaboration: Provide expertise to internal teams. Participate in requests for information, requests for proposal, proactive bids, customer‑facing envisioning sessions/demonstrations, assessments, and workshops. Collaborate with product, implementation, and segment teams to share client forecasting and requirements of solutions.
Commercial acumen: Assist in delivery estimations, solutioning, and pricing for proposed client solutions. Work with Genpact’s legal team and clients in reviewing commercial agreements, licenses/SaaS agreements, statements of work, change requests, and so on.
