Senior Business Systems Analyst with Reinsurance – Onsite

- 10+ years of overall experience as a BA with a minimum of 5+ years of data experience.
- Experience and knowledge of Reinsurance and Reinsurance platforms required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with SQL.
- Strong analytical skills, especially data analysis.
- Understanding of data flows.
- Experienced with ETL transformations and data mapping (preferred).
- Project Management skills a plus.
- Use SQL and Excel to identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues; perform data profiling and analysis on reinsurance and enterprise data warehouses; document and map ETL transformations to onboard or enhance data feeds; ensure data standards are reused and enforced across data platforms; maintain process protocols by writing and updating procedures.
