• Strong Media Analytics experience - specifically in Programmatic and Social
• Data Collection and Analysis:Gathering data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions from various sources, including social media, news outlets, and web analytics tools. This includes tracking media coverage and mentions to determine sentiment (favorable or detrimental to the brand).
• Performance Measurement:Assessing the effectiveness of media campaigns and strategies using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), impressions, reach, and conversion rates.
• Reporting and Presentation:Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports (often using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI) to present complex findings and actionable insights in a clear, compelling narrative to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
• Strategy and Optimization:Identifying trends and patterns in data to recommend improvements for content, targeting, and budget allocation to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
• Able to understand Razorfish data capabilities and how data fits into a client's overall strategy
• Able to understand the breadth of data services and crafts
• Able to lead cross-capability projects and build close relationships with other disciplines
• Able to identify appropriate data SME to leverage when needed

• Able to systematically identify key issues and objectives to prioritize for internal and client needs and gain necessary buy-in
• Shows thought leadership in bringing new, innovative, or different methods of elevating a client's
  1) marketing goals or
  2) data sophistication and maturity. For example, a Manager will be able to synthesize new learnings that may help augment or pivot a client's current strategy.
• Understands how frameworks and analyses drive overall client business strategy

• Effectively able to guide strategy and issue resolution using clear, thoughtful communication
• Commands client audiences and turns presentations into a constructive dialogue
• Considered a compelling, organized, and energetic presenter
• Cultivates discussion on a broad base of topics and promotes junior team members to speak up appropriately
• Frequently leads internal and client discussions, showing ability to pivot as needed
• Able to structure and prepare well written, logical sections of different styles of deliverables without guidance
• Uses clear, concise writing to communicate a compelling story
• Able to synthesize complex analytical approaches / findings articulately and concisely
