Exchange​/Windows Administrator

• Diagnose and remediate issues with Windows Server Infrastructure, related roles and features, and other Microsoft and third-party Windows business infrastructure applications. Identify recurring issues for automation.

• Troubleshoot issues related to Exchange and Active Directory topology, and related features, in complex, multi-site, and multi-domain environments. Experience with Exchange 2010 is required; 2013 is a plus. Enterprise-level support experience preferred.

• Manage server infrastructure with machines running Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, and 2012 R2.

• Administer VMware vSphere infrastructure and hosted guest machines using Windows-based tools like vSphere client and Power

CLI.

• Document troubleshooting information in ticketing systems.

• Utilize Power Shell to configure roles and features of Microsoft products. Knowledge of scripting and functions is a plus.

• Execute Standard Operating Procedures for various clients.

• Perform remote hardware diagnosis using system management technologies such as Open Manage, iDRAC for Dell, and iLO for HP.

• Use centralized patching and configuration tools like WSUS and System Center Suite.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Identifying recurring issues and driving automation for resolution.

• Knowledge of other virtualization solutions such as Citrix.

• Investigating issues with enterprise communication and collaboration technologies like Exchange, SharePoint, and Lync.

• Managing backup architectures with software like Net Backup or Tivoli.

• 2+ years of experience managing infrastructure with 100+ machines.

• Degree in computer systems or computer science is preferred.
