• Hourly Range: $150 – $225, depending on experience and skill set
• Contract role, 50–70 hours/month
• Initial 2‑month commitment, with potential month‑to‑month extension (up to 4 months total)
• Target start: ASAP to early February (within 2–3 weeks)

• Lead firmware execution on a late‑stage hardware program
• Work within an existing Zephyr‑based firmware stack for LTE & BLE devices (nRF
  54L15, nRF
  9151)
• Support security implementation, including Secure Boot and FOTA
• Collaborate closely with Tomorrow Lab partners, project managers, and external freelancers
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide consistent progress updates

• 8+ years of relevant firmware or embedded systems experience
• BS/BE in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred (not required)
• Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting electronic systems
• Hardware experience is a plus
• Technical writing experience is a plus
• Must currently reside in the NYC area and be willing to travel to our Brooklyn office as needed
