Overview

As an Associate Director, Product Strategy, you will help our clients define and deliver their product roadmap in an agile and data‑driven environment relentlessly focused on driving superior business outcomes for our customers. You will lead a collaborative, cross‑functional, high‑performance team working with CX/UX designers, developers and senior management to guide products through to fruition and help teams build and enhance successful products that deliver a differentiated customer experience, meet the demands of the market and drive business results.

Responsibilities
  • Drive transformation from outputs (projects) to outcomes (products) and shift the organization toward a product mindset (speed, quality, value).
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client organization’s goals, competitive positioning and market differentiation.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify new product ideas based on industry and market trend analysis.
  • Own product ownership: problem framing, opportunity shaping, backlog management, development stages, and pilot & rollout planning.
  • Implement learnings to optimize product and operations, promoting data‑driven decisions throughout the lifecycle.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify critical issues.
  • Foster product thinking and rigor through test‑and‑learn practices, building data‑driven decision frameworks.
  • Develop and test hypotheses with Customer Research teams to generate objective evidence.
  • Establish a prioritization model rooted in market differentiation and strategic themes to prioritize features, user stories and technology enablers.
  • Translate customer needs into clear feature requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize the program and backlog based on customer and business value.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (engineering, design, data science, etc.) through fast learning cycles.
  • Monitor and report product performance against KPIs/OKRs.
  • Build alignment with product teams, stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure regular collaboration and vision alignment.
Qualifications
  • 7–9 years of relevant experience in strategy or product roles.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in a matrix organization (engineering, marketing, finance, UX, analytics).
  • Proficiency in data and analytics tools, with intuition for leveraging data to generate actionable evidence.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Track record of managing product roadmaps, writing clear requirement documents, collaborating on UX design, and working in geographically distributed teams.
  • Practical experience with lean‑agile transformation frameworks such as SAFe, Design Thinking, customer journey mapping, and service design.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience shipping products to market.
  • Strong analytics skills and experience with visualization tools.
  • Business and digital strategy experience.
  • Ability to identify organizational and process changes required to realize solution benefits.
