Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Tech Support to join their team. As a Tech Support, you will be part of the support department supporting the client support team. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

• Provide guidance and explanations on migration procedures and how to use the new system
• Respond to customer inquiries related to the migration process via phone and email
• Update customer-facing materials such as migration guides, FAQs, and support documentation
• Track customer migration progress and conduct follow-ups to ensure smooth transitions
• Escalate technical issues or concerns to internal teams and coordinate resolutions

• Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English (mandatory)
• Strong common sense and general communication skills (mandatory)
• Ability to respond flexibly to changing situations (mandatory)
• Experience in banking (if possible)
• Experience in customer support (if possible)
