AboutThe Team
As the Risk Data Platform Manager of Product Management, you will be joining a fast growing platform that provides "data transformation as a service" and self service data producer experiences for business units across Risk Management. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and validating product requirements and conducting user acceptance testing, and you will play a key role in shaping the roadmap and defining the northstar for a very critical data platform for the Risk Management division.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal and external partners to research, ideate, and deliver reusable common capabilities.
- Engage with Risk Management business partners to discover and understand data producer pain points.
- Develop and prioritize the platform backlog by regularly refining intent to maximize business outcomes and efficiency.

- Business Focused – Deliver game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence.

- Transformational Leadership – Lead cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management.
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field).
- A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Salary for this role varies by location. For example:
McLean, VA: $158,400 – $180,800;
New York, NY: $172,800 – $197,200. The role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
